Ejiya Laure duplicates older sister’s achievement

For the third time in a row, Ejiya Laure bags another individual award in her UAAP Junior Volleyball stint to add to her trophy collections. And this time, she was able to get the most prestigious of them all—Most Valuable Player, duplicating Ennajie Laure‘s achievement in the 76th season of UAAP.

DLSZ’s Jules Samonte outscored everyone to be hailed as the Tournament’s Best Sorer. Faith Nisperos of NSNU, who was also last season’s MVP, wins as Best Spiker. Her teammates Sheena Toring and Thea Gagate grab the Best Blocker and Rookie of the Year award, respectively.

In the non-scoring departments, USTHS’s Libero Det Pepito was reigned as Best Receiver. While the Best Digger memento was given to Bela Peralta of DLSZ. Completing the individual awardees is NSNU’s Joyme Cagande who obtained the Best Setter accolade.
